In November 2021, I had the genuine pleasure of working with Mike Miller, the Talbert Outdoor Living Specialist. Mike was instrumental in designing the deck of my dreams! He provided on-site design assistance at my home and listened intently to my ideas and answered all of my questions. It was so hard for me to explain exactly what I wanted, but Mike was able to take my vague ideas and transform them into a scaled deck plan that was even better than what I had envisioned! Then, he patiently made follow up modifications and suggestions for improvement that perfected the plan. I was so impressed with Mike and his decking expertise He provided me with three different overlay, scaled drawings — one showing my deck with accessories such as patio furniture, one showing how the decking boards could be laid to add visual interest, and the final drawing showing the actual deck framing. Furthermore, he assisted with material selections of Timber Tech products and pricing and made referrals for several building sub-contractors. I am convinced that Mike’s knowledge and experience provided the foundation I needed to get the best quality deck for my house. I am very grateful for his willingness to share his expertise and would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering adding a deck to their home.

Mike was incredibly helpful when I came to him with a loose idea for a screened porch addition for my house. He was able to take my idea and develop a full and complete supply list and cost estimate. That's not where it ended. He then took time to discuss each and every item on the list. He explained the function and purpose of each item, and he also sent me pictures and drawings to further illustrate the information. Although I am a novice in this area, Mike treated me patiently and respectfully, and I feel like I was able to learn a lot. I would recommend that anyone seeking help on a project like this should consult with Mike.

Mr. Eubanks helped me source wood for a DIY fence. He was kind, gave great advice, and provided a reasonable quote on the spot for me. Delivery was perfect. The quality of the lumber can't be beat for the price. I highly recommend Talbert's. They know their stuff.

I enjoy doing business at Talbert's in contrast to Lowe's. First of all, a highly competent person waits on me, describes the inventory of what I need, lets me pay and tells me which shelter to go to. Then someone is at that shelter to load me and I am out of there! High level efficiency'; quality products; fair pricing; and courteous staff.

Outside of Your Personal commitment to THS National over the 8 or so years of working on our Account, the extra attention you personally put towards helping build my personal home is very appreciated. Thank You for that Efren. Over the past year, I have learned on a much greater level, the care that your entire team takes to ensuring that the customer experience is first. A few quick mentions are Ashley Allen. Her attention to detail and keeping things in order, especially in such unpredictable times, was a breath of fresh air. Your delivery drivers are some of the best group of people I've ever met. Each driver I met was eager to connect on a human level. I talked more about guys in pink shirts, race cars, and what kinds of cigars are better than others than with any other guys I've encountered in the past year. In a world more connected online or over a zoom call than in person, those guys are truly a value to keeping Talbert's Culture present and real. I hope you'll thank those guys for Me. I made it a point to ask their names, how long they had been driving, and thanked them for what they do each day. I hope the rest of the world shows them the same respect and appreciation.
