Our Fleet and Equipment

Our diverse delivery fleet includes tractor-trailers, flatbeds, box trucks, and pickups equipped to handle all building materials. Many of our trailers and flatbeds feature truck-mounted forklifts with 4-way directional capabilities, enabling us to efficiently deliver even to space-restricted job sites. Our fleet is meticulously maintained by our in-house team and a network of trusted partners, ensuring reliability and readiness.

Fast and Secure Delivery

Orders for most in-stock materials placed by noon can be delivered the next business day. We protect your materials with durable plastic wrap and set up moulding and trim deliveries on specialized racks, ideally inside a garage or covered area. Our drivers position materials conveniently at your job site and document deliveries with digital photos linked to your order in the Talbert Customer Portal.

Advanced Delivery Technology

We use cutting-edge technology to enhance our delivery services. Our ERP system includes a Dispatch Delivery planner that helps us precisely schedule and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency. All our delivery trucks are equipped with GPS, allowing real-time tracking through the Talbert Customer Portal from your smartphone or computer.

I am a builder that uses Talbert for a lot of materials and deliveries and recently shared the below note to their delivery team. I wanted to write this note as something you should pass on to the delivery team. I am yet again impressed with their ability to work in tight spaces and deliver materials in the most desirable manner. I wasn't home when the driver was here, my wife was, and asked if he could get it as close to the deck in the back as possible. I had thought with the limited space on the side of the house the best they could do was in the front corner of the house. I returned home, almost thought the material wasn't delivered, I walked into the back and the material is 8' away from the deck!!! Getting the material back there so close to the deck will save so much time when we go to install the decking boards this weekend! So thank you to the team for that. I know we hear all the times things are wrong or get messed up and I wanted to send a note commending the team on an excellent job, not only on this delivery and project but on all the other difficult site conditions that I have been in and the team has helped flawlessly. Not to forget the steep drive over at "removed project address" the team has been excellent with material deliveries there as well as countless other jobsite. …who dropped materials at my personal house this morning. As I mentioned, it was not the most straight-forward delivery (indeed he did have to get creative a few times), but he was able to get all the material back to where I needed it and saved me probably a half day of toting OSB across my yard. Very friendly and courteous, (I was there the whole time bothering him talking about my plans for chickens), and everything was neatly covered with plastic so it won’t get wet or muddy. I know you usually only hear complaints (that are usually not the fault of the driver), so I thought I would take the time and ask if there is any supervisor or other person that should hear about this, could you please forward this e-mail (perhaps with the guy’s name, as I did not catch it). He definitely made you look good today. Keep up the good work!
